Job Summary

This employee would be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing from the initial quote to completion. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role combines both office-based responsibilities and on-site construction work, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution

• Oversee budgets, subcontractors, and project performance to ensure timely delivery

• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams while resolving issues and risks

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• 2-3 years of experience in construction or a related field 

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and project management tools
